I got a consultation and surgery here because they said they’re good at philtrum reduction. The clinic facilities were... I was surprised that the sink water was so cold before surgery. I also remember the water pressure not being that great. Overall, I was satisfied that the waiting time was short and the workflow was fast. The nurses in the operating room were generally kind, though some were not. I remember it being hard because they kept failing to find a vein when putting in the anesthesia injection. One nurse who was a bit short and chubby..? was extremely kind. Thanks to her, I felt much more at ease, and she gave the injection again in one shot and told me not to worry. The surgery went really well, and the scar isn’t bad at all. When I entered the building, I saw something that said "golden hands," and they really do have golden hands The doctor doesn’t really say much or push anything. These days, people around me keep asking where I got my philtrum reduction, so I’ve been telling them I got it done at Mano. Even someone I’m not on good terms with asked me. That’s how good it is. I’m satisfied!!
