This is a bit personal, but the manager is so pretty. And she was so kind, and explained everything well by showing each case one by one, so I felt good the whole time during the consultation. Unlike other hospitals that keep pressuring you to book after the consultation, they didn’t do that at all, which I liked even more. The director is blunt, but gives concise explanations when needed. Still, I was too worried about scars, so I didn’t get the surgery!
