They seemed busy with something. Aggressive and very opinionated. Besides the manager and nurses, the counter staff were rude. They were rude from the phone call itself. I got contracture just two months after surgery. The lower line asymmetry was over 1 cm. I complained, but there was no mention at all of fixing it, and they blamed the patient. Overall, I just don’t get it. Very slow to deal with side effects, or almost no response at all.
