The consultation manager was kind, but the person answering the phone didn’t really feel especially kind. I was confused because each hospital had different styles and approaches, so the fact that they neatly organized everything was the best part. There are so many hospitals with great facilities that, honestly, I didn’t really get the feeling that the facilities here were especially good.
