Consultation manager -> doctor -> consultation manager. The consultation waiting time was delayed by 30 minutes, probably because surgery was delayed. The consultation room lighting was very dim, and I wondered if they could even see well.. The consultation manager didn't seem to have much expertise and just showed me before-and-after photos.. and only talked about the cost; the doctor just stared at my face and said it would turn out well. Still, it must be a famous hospital because I was surprised by how many people were waiting. They didn't push booking too hard, and there was no consultation fee!
