The director's consultation time is really short. I said I wanted to talk about the things I discussed with the consultation manager when I met the director, but it didn't seem to get passed on. The director just seems like they don't look at the chart...? They recited the surgery contents like something memorized, asked if I had any questions, and left. They seem to have a lot of confidence in lower blepharoplasty. The manager keeps bragging about it.
