From the entrance to the time I left, it was comfortable. I visited on a weekday, so there was less waiting than I expected. The consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager, and rather than feeling hectic, it felt more systematic. I haven't had the surgery yet, but if I do and the results are good too, I think I'll strongly recommend them to people around me.
