When I first went, I had a CT scan and talked with the manager. They showed me photos of the nose shape I wanted, explained the nose shape that would suit my face, explained the surgery process, and told me what was needed by looking at my CT. Then the doctor came in. The doctor felt my nose, looked at its shape, and said the nasal cartilage was quite weak, and that if I wanted the nose shape I wanted, I would need autologous costal cartilage. I had about an hour of consultation, and I think I’ll probably get the surgery here.
