It's been 7 years since my square-jaw surgery, and I have had no sagging or side effects at all. The consultation was reasonable, and they didn't recommend unnecessary surgery. They set the line very naturally, so even after several years it doesn't look awkward, and it didn't interfere with implant treatment.
