I had surgery on the scalp, cheekbones, square jaw, and chin. They said there would be no cheek sagging, but regardless of the surgical method, I ended up with side cheek sagging from the square jaw reduction and front cheek sagging from the cheekbone surgery. Sagging is inevitably related to any contouring surgery, so I don't think they should confidently tell patients it won't happen. Honestly, if I was going to get sagging like this, I wish they had at least pushed the cheekbones in enough for me to be satisfied. No matter which hospital I go to, when people hear I had facial contouring, they all think I only had my jaw shaved... My cheekbones are still huge, and I go around covering them with my hair. Even my family doesn't know. When I tell other clinics I had my cheekbones done too, they're like, 'Ah... you had that done? Sorry...' That kind of reaction. Sigh..^^ Even if I went to this hospital to complain, they would just show me pictures saying the bones were cut well and the screws were fixed well. That's not why I had surgery, to get the result of bones being screwed in neatly, right? Regardless of how the bones were fixed or what surgical method was used, I don't think this is a hospital that looks at each patient's face, predicts what side effects are likely, recommends what further procedures are needed, and empathizes by thinking from the patient's point of view about the results. All I can think is that it's a hospital with nothing but the surgeon's overconfidence in their surgical method and skill.
