While waiting for the director, the counseling manager gave me a brief consultation. They said I have some under-eye fat, and as the fat pushes forward, the ligament in the under-eye groove has become loose. They took a quick look at my eyes and then I consulted with the director. They said I could get by with repositioning alone, but because a C-shaped wrinkle like an Indian wrinkle could form under the eyes after surgery, they also recommended fat grafting. They said I could decide on the fat grafting six months after the repositioning surgery. They said the under-eye groove line would disappear and the aegyo-sal would be preserved. I asked about all the other things I was curious about, and they kindly explained everything and talked through the parts I was worried about well, so I think I'll probably get surgery here.
