I went at the scheduled time, but they were so busy that I waited about 40 minutes. They had warned me in advance that there could be a wait because there is only one doctor. Both the doctor and the consultation manager were kind, but they seemed extremely busy... It also felt a bit like I was being rushed, so I'm wondering whether I should get the surgery. The hospital location is good and the facility is cute and clean. I went because of drooping eyelids, and they recommended double eyelid surgery and a forehead lift. There is a discount if you write a review and provide photos.
