I went for a consultation about a year ago, and I remember the director being really kind. On the other hand, the manager had a rather blunt style. I was a student at the time and went in planning to have surgery no matter what, but they told me not to rush and to wait at least a year. Looking back now, I’m glad I didn’t do it then. I think they’re a conscientious doctor who isn’t blinded by money..!
