The chief doctor was kind too, and I had a consultation for almost an hour. The main point was that I wanted a non-implant surgery (just the nasal tip), and the doctor said that while it could be done without an implant, it probably wouldn’t be very effective, so they also recommended silicone. It was my first consultation, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but they were extremely kind. But; I really ended up waiting for more than an hour My appointment was at 5, but because surgery ran late I didn’t get the consultation until 6... and when I came out, it was already well past 7......
