The director was kind and explained things in detail, and the consultation manager was also very kind. Overall, the atmosphere was comfortable. I felt the director was really safety-conscious. He had a strong mindset of getting the maximum result with the minimum risk. He was very clear about what could not be done, and that made me trust him.
