The director personally handled the consultation. I got a consultation for nose surgery, and the examination fee was 5,000 won or something. Since the director himself examined me and did the consultation, it felt more trustworthy than having a regular consultation manager explain things. He explained things in an easy-to-understand way and used other examples for the parts that were lacking... But the staff were so unfriendly... Maybe because they were busy? Even though I had an appointment, they left me waiting for almost an hour I asked how much longer I had to wait, and they looked stern and said, "We’re going in order." So awkward... maybe not everyone is like that, but it was embarrassing...
