I had that Venus something done at a real Korean medicine clinic, and the doctor said removing the foreign material would be difficult but they would try to take out as much as possible. They explained clearly why things that were practically impossible could not be done, so I trusted them. I have severe sinusitis (maxillary sinusitis), and other places said I should do osteotomy next to the nose, but the director here said it could make function worse later, so even though it was disappointing, we should skip the osteotomy for my sake.
