Both the doctor and the director were kind. When I told them the shape I wanted and discussed how they would do it, I liked that they kindly explained it while showing the CT scan rotated in 3D. And I was worried about whether to insert an implant or not, but they clearly said it seemed like I didn't need one, so I felt less shaken. It seems like they think about safety, so I do trust them.
