I couldn't really assess the doctor's kindness because I didn't get to see the doctor while consulting, so I gave it 3 points for now. I don't know about the doctor's kindness. Please understand that point. No pressure on the day, no pressure to have surgery, and they gave a very kind consultation. The consultation manager explained everything in detail, including how the surgery would be done and what line they would plan to go with, giving concrete reasons. They also explained the eye structure. I think it's a place with thorough aftercare, and my anxiety about surgery eased while talking, so the time I spent consulting felt worthwhile.
