I went for a consultation because it seems like this is a place a lot of people go to these days. First of all, you need to go here well prepared. My old clinic is gone, so I do not even have things like my surgery record, and I do not really know how the surgery was done, so there is a limit to the questions I can ask. But they showed me the question sheets and printed-out photos that other people had brought, saying this is how other people prepare, I wanted to hear an expert opinion on which method would be better, but they really disliked that. It was like, you have to decide on your own, do not ask me. If I asked about the surgical method, they would say something like, why are you even curious about that? They seemed a little annoyed. They were not rude, but it felt like they were making the patient shrink back. They say their skill is fine, but I do not think communication with me would work. The manager was really, really an exhausting type. No real expertise about surgery, only talking about vitamins. Sigh.
