As the comments said, the doctor was professional and explained things in detail. I went for a consultation for nose surgery, and they did better than I expected, and they asked about the shape. But the consultation manager was really bad. It felt like the consultation manager was even preventing me from getting the surgery I wanted. I don't think there was much professionalism there.
