I went to this hospital only to see Director Ryu. Director Ryu explained everything really well and clearly knew the surgery method that suited me, so I felt completely reassured. But the hospital atmosphere was so chaotic, and the other patients also looked uncomfortable in some way, that I just felt like the trust I gained from the doctor was lost in the waiting room... That was just my personal feeling, though...
