A close friend of mine had it done here and it came out natural, and since natural results are my ideal too, I called to make a consultation appointment and visited. The counselor spoke comfortably and listened well. Then I talked with the director, Dr. Ryu Woosang, and he has a very clear personal aesthetic, which was actually good for me. I wanted a natural double eyelid that wouldn’t look like I had surgery, so the additional surgery he recommended and the line he drew didn’t seem like the absolute best to me, but I thought it was the best option from my point of view, so I liked it. The extra procedures he recommended weren’t excessive, but instead were ways to make the eyes look bigger naturally, and that satisfied me more. He also clearly and gently told me what could not be done, which I personally appreciated. In the end, after the consultation I decided to go with the director here, and I made a reservation. The slightly disappointing part was that after the reservation the counselor seemed busy, so it was hard to get in touch, and there were no callbacks. Because of that, even the tone over the phone after booking felt a little different. (I called once or twice more because I had additional questions.) This made me keep thinking about whether I should just cancel before the surgery date, because although it’s not a difficult surgery, I was worried that if something happened, what would I do if communication was poor? Still, I decided to proceed because of the director, so I didn’t cancel. I do recommend him because two acquaintances had good results from his surgery, but the reason I hesitate to recommend him wholeheartedly is that the disappointing parts make it feel a little hard to recommend to people around me.
