The coordinators seemed kind of friendly but not really friendly; they weren't extremely kind, but I was satisfied. The director was kind. However, the consultation felt rushed, and the explanation was only given in easy terms without going into depth. I'm not sure whether that was consideration for the patient or what. They were very confident.
