It feels like they're asking for an absurd amount of money. My eyes aren't ruined or anything; it looks like they could just grab and fix them... the line is low too, so it's just about raising it. I had a partial incision before, and people mostly say I have almost no double eyelid, but the line hasn't even loosened much and they're charging way too much... I recommend going for a consultation, though. They seem to have good aesthetic sense, but it's too expensive, so I've decided to go somewhere else.
