It's been 5 years since the surgery now, and for about 2 to 3 years after that I was extremely happy with it. But since ear cartilage was used for the tip of my nose, maybe because of that now that 5 years have passed, the tip of my nose has dropped a lot. Is this why people say nose surgery needs a revision... I'm thinking about using donor rib cartilage for the revision. The surgeon was kind and good at the procedure.
