After my nose surgery, the tip of my nose dropped a lot Even though I used donated rib cartilage for the first surgery, I was upset that it started looking like a drooping shape, but functionally there was no problem. I had revision surgery at another hospital! I also asked about aftercare, and they were positive, so I think post-op care is handled well.
