The doctor was very kind. They answered every question I asked one by one, and while I was asking, I never felt like they were bothered or wanted to hurry and finish. The nurses there were also extremely kind. The consultation manager didn't really feel kind. During the consultation, they didn't properly explain side effects of the surgery and kept recommending a surgery I had no intention of getting. The nurses took care of me like I was their own younger sibling, and even the staff at the counter were all kind, but because of the manager I'll give it 3 stars. When I had questions or worries after the surgery, they avoided answering and gave off a slightly scolding feel. It would have been better if I had had more chances to talk with the doctor, but the doctor had so many patients that we couldn't talk much, which was a bit disappointing. I'm very satisfied with the surgery result. It seems like they do eyes the most, so as for my nose... I don't know how the result will turn out. I'm completely satisfied with the shape, but it would be even better if no side effects appear in the future.
