I totally agree that the director was not good. The director was a bit older, and somehow... it felt excessive. The doctor also gave off the feeling of pushing for a surgery that really didn't need to be done. The way they made a patient who was hesitating feel like they were just dragging their feet because of money was a bit irritating The consultation with the doctor was very satisfying.
