The director is really kind, but the consultation manager... I think the consultation manager is dragging down all the ratings here too.. They really cut me off mid-sentence and spoke like they were annoyed, and they pressured me into paying the reservation deposit.. The nurses were all kind, and the director was good too. I was right before making the reservation, but because of the manager, I’m not going to do it.
