Before the consultation, they took eye photos, and after that I consulted with the manager while looking at the photos. The manager said I needed epicanthoplasty, but then the doctor strongly recommended that I didn't need epicanthoplasty and should do buried sutures plus ptosis correction instead.. I had never even thought about ptosis correction, so I was taken aback. Still, the explanation was kind and clear. There was also a bit of unfriendliness from the manager and some pressure to make a same-day reservation.
