I visited because the eyelid surgery reviews in the app looked pretty. The manager came to consult with me, drew up the surgical method and the line herself, and gave me the estimate. Then the director came, marked the line, looked for about 2-3 minutes, told me to ask anything I wanted, and then said to talk with the manager again before leaving.. Being that confident is fine, but I was pretty shocked that they told me to have surgery that same day and leave..
