First of all, the director seemed meticulous and extremely trustworthy, so I decided right away. I also liked that it was a one-doctor clinic. But the hospital coordinators seemed a bit half-hearted.. In the end, they even forgot to give me my prescription when I left ^^ And I saw a lot of comments in the reviews about the consultation manager, but I was fine!! Still, the consultation manager does have a somewhat blunt speaking style..? But they noticed the weak points I had and empathized with me, so it was okay. The director listened to me well too, and the conclusion is that I’m very satisfied with the surgery results! Oh, and they do the surgery under local anesthesia here, and at first I was really terrified, but it didn’t hurt at all!!!! Don’t be too scared The people in the operating room were incredibly kind, and when I was shaking because I was so scared, they even held my hand, which I really appreciated.
