I had double-eyelid surgery with the buried method here in early 2019, but it came undone. Before surgery, they said that if it came undone within a year, a revision would be free, so I went back to have it done again at the end of 2019. They said if I did the buried method it would just come undone again, so it had to be incision method, and because it was not the same surgery as before, I had to pay again. The first time, the director was kind, but for the second surgery the director had changed, and since I went alone as a student, maybe they looked down on me, but they were extremely rude. I also had epicanthoplasty together with the first surgery here, and a scar formed. When I carefully asked about this scar, they got angry and said, didn’t they tell me before surgery that they are not responsible for side effects or scars? And throughout the consultation, they kept speaking to me dismissively. Toward the end of the consultation I was so angry that I asked if this place was always this rude and if they always took their frustration out on patients, and only then did they apologize. After the surgery, they were so sorry and gave me a laser treatment or something for swelling, but at that time they said they hadn’t slept a single wink that day. After the double-eyelid surgery, people often told me my eyes were pretty and it seems like it wasn’t too overdone, but the epicanthoplasty left a scar that is bothersome enough to notice. The doctor was kind though.
