There was some waiting overall.. After the consultation with the director, I had to wait, and especially after the consultation with the doctor, it took quite a while to see the director again. After the CT scan, the doctor explained everything in detail during the consultation and I could ask a lot of questions, which was good. But I felt the staff were a bit unfriendly.
