They explained in great detail how the surgery would be done. But I couldn't really understand it. From the way they talked, it sounded like a very difficult surgery, but if you do it this way and that way, it becomes a pretty nose or something like that. They said I had to use some kind of artificial thing that wasn't recommended anywhere else. When I asked if they could leave it out, they kept explaining that it wouldn't look good and that it absolutely had to be inserted. Then they touched my nose once, and I immediately smelled cigarette smoke strongly on their hand, so I dropped them right then and there. They said they were late because they were in surgery, but maybe they were even later because they also went out to smoke. Even though I got there on time, the waiting time was ridiculous. You wait for the manager, then after the consultation you wait for the director. And then I had to wait for the manager again for a very long time.
