I'm generally satisfied. The downside, if anything, is that ear-post fascia is unfamiliar, and because they mainly operate using only autologous cartilage, the nose may turn out so natural that expectations can drop... But the director was passionate, and the manager and staff were kind, so I liked it. I also felt that the director's surgery was meticulous.
