The coordinator and the doctor were both generally kind and seemed very confident. The doctor spent almost an hour consulting with me and answered everything I was curious about, so I was going to make a surgery reservation, but after looking at the before-and-after photos, it seemed more glamorous than what I wanted, so I put it on hold!
