I went for a first nose surgery consultation. It was a no-implant consultation, and they were much more detailed than other places. They explained everything kindly and in detail one by one, but they did mention the downsides of using other tissues, while not mentioning the downsides of the tissue they recommended, so I did feel a bit puzzled. The price was high, but the consultation was realistic and detailed.
