First of all, the price is steep.. It was my first surgery, and it was in the upper 3 million won range. They used ear cartilage under the hump, added a strut, and raised the tip entirely with ear cartilage. Before the surgery, the doctor said that because my face is asymmetric, even after surgery my nostrils and other parts could end up asymmetric, meaning uneven, and that it wouldn’t be his responsibility. I went ahead and accepted that and had the surgery. After the surgery, the nose shape improved naturally, as expected for a no-implant case. But the thing that bothers me is that my nostrils are really becoming more and more uneven, and inside one nostril it feels like cartilage is protruding. I think it may be because the strut bent, but I’m worried.. To summarize again, the biggest advantage is the natural look, and just because it’s no-implant doesn’t mean there are no side effects. At first I trusted him a lot because he was very proud and said there were no substitute doctors.
