I had nose surgery 10 years ago, and as my skin got thinner, the silicone started showing badly, so I had revision surgery. First of all, the consultation expertise is so high it can't even be compared with other clinics. The director speaks quickly, but explains the surgical method in as much detail as possible. I think I consulted for over forty minutes. I even went back once a week before surgery because I was anxious, and they still treated me kindly then too. The director never does overly aggressive surgery. They create the shape using the skin and autologous cartilage within a range where safety is guaranteed. So if you're hoping for a dramatic change from your bone structure or original nose shape, I wouldn't recommend it. Especially if you have almost no bridge, using silicone instead of no implant seems better. My bridge wasn't that flat, so I'm very satisfied, and I wanted something naturally pretty, which is exactly what I got! (People I've seen after a long time don't even realize I had revision nose surgery..) If you want a dramatic change, get silicone surgery, and if you want a natural look, I recommend Director Park. The price was high because it was revision surgery plus no implant.. But it was cheaper than revision surgery using costal cartilage.
