I contacted them for a consultation because I wanted to lower my double-eyelid line. The desk staff weren't especially kind, but they weren't unfriendly either, so it was decent. The director explained my eye shape after surgery, and it seemed like they wouldn't do surgery that wasn't really necessary. They said they could operate if I wanted after looking at my eyes, but that it didn't seem necessary.
