I went in for a double-eyelid consultation. They recommended incision, medial canthoplasty, ptosis correction, and even fat grafting. Out of the six places I visited, this was the first place that recommended fat grafting. They even showed me papers and explained it, but it didn’t really resonate with me, and when I asked another clinic, they said I do have rather little fat around the eyes, but that double eyelid surgery, medial canthoplasty, and ptosis correction would be enough and that fat grafting wasn’t necessary.
