I went there and waited almost 2 hours.. I had another appointment so I couldn’t even get a consultation with the director. The manager saying things like the arm would probably respond well, the final line would be decided within 2 days, there’d be little bruising and recovery would be fast, etc. didn’t feel very trustworthy. There was also pressure to pay a deposit, and overall it felt very factory-like.
