The coordinator who was in charge on the day of surgery disappeared, so I was treated kind of like baggage and waited 2 hours past the scheduled surgery start time. There was no pre-op test or consultation log, so everything had to be done again from the beginning. I was about to cancel the surgery and go home, but the newly assigned coordinator and the doctor were kind, so I just put up with it. But the person at the front desk, or whoever that was, gave a rough explanation of the surgery and spoke in such an odd way that I couldn’t understand what they were saying. I regret not researching more before going. If I could turn back time, would I really choose here? I don’t want to pay 3 million won for this kind of experience.
