My nose looked pretty after surgery, but it was extremely crooked, so I had revision surgery. The director was meticulous and careful, but over time my nostrils became completely asymmetrical and crooked, so I had revision surgery at another place. It's a feminine line, and people who like a slightly upturned line would probably like it.
