Usually when you raise the nose, asymmetry becomes more noticeable, but when they opened it up, it was even worse, so they removed the entire base of the nose and moved it, they said. Maybe that's why it looks even straighter than before the surgery. What I'm most satisfied with is the natural shape. People don't know I had it done. The aftercare was also really thorough. Still, when I'm tired, my nose feels puffy and tight. The surgery seems to have gone well, but I wonder if that's just the limit of surgery with an implant.
