I had thigh + love handle lipo last summer, and it turned out pretty well. I did get some thigh gap as well, but it would have been more dramatic if a little more had come off After the surgery, I got a lot of comments that I looked thin, but no one seemed to notice I had actually had surgery. Lipo is a really simple procedure, more than I expected.
