It’s been about 6 years since the surgery, so I’ll just leave the parts that I still remember. My thigh circumference decreased by about 7 to 8 cm before and after the surgery. Because I have a muscular build, they said I couldn’t lose much. Once the swelling had gone down completely, a lot of fat from the area under my buttocks and thighs was gone, so my butt became saggy. And it’s bumpy, like there’s cellulite. Rather than being the hospital’s fault, it feels like an unavoidable result of liposuction. So I think liposuction should really only be for people who want to refine the line with a very small amount! During the consultation, they weren’t particularly kind or unkind. The surgery was under sleep anesthesia, so I remember nothing, and when I woke up I was in the recovery room. The compression garment had to be custom-fitted for an extra fee.. Ah, I think it took 3 to 6 months for the swelling and pain to settle enough to live comfortably day to day. For aftercare, I remember they did ultrasound about twice~ They gave calf Botox as a service. Also, the nerves in the area where the fat was removed were partially damaged, so even if I touch my own skin it feels like I’m not touching it? I still have that numb feeling.
