During the consultation, they even looked at the thickness of the fat layer with ultrasound. The director, the consultation room staff, and the operating room staff were all pretty kind, so I felt less embarrassed. But I wasn't very light to begin with, and my arms weren't that thick either, so I don't think I saw a dramatic effect.
